Transforming Lives at JESUS Center Namibia
In Aranos Town, Namibia, the JESUS Center Private School stands as a proof of faith and perseverance. Serving 74 students, including 28 from vulnerable backgrounds, the school operates within the confines of a rented church space, facing challenges such as limited classroom space, lack of sanitation facilities, and scarce resources.
Despite these hurdles, the school’s commitment to providing quality Christian education remains steady. Recent efforts have seen the appointment of a new Deputy Principal and the acquisition of improved housing for teachers, enhancing the learning environment.
However, pressing needs persist. The absence of proper toilets and the need for more spacious classrooms hinder the school’s ability to accommodate its growing student body effectively. Efforts are underway to secure land for expansion, with applications submitted to the local town council.
